Lauren Paul is a writer and designer specializing in product language and user experience, creative copy, editorial longform, and the occasional funny. She graduated cum laude with an A.B. in Social Anthropology and French from Harvard University. She was also a Creative Writing Fellow and Instructor of Record in the MFA program in Fiction at Syracuse University.
Lauren has contributed to creative editorial for BuzzFeed and Everlane, and shaped UX content design at Slack, NerdWallet, and Robinhood. She’s currently the lead UX writer for Amazon Prime, placing her at the helm of global content design standards for all customer experiences. In addition to creating and maintaining content design systems, she uses IDE and CLI to code generative AI tools and journeys that intuitively demonstrate the value of Prime membership.
