Lauren Paul is a writer and designer specializing in product language and user experience, creative copy, editorial longform, and the occasional funny. She graduated cum laude with an A.B. in Social Anthropology and French from Harvard University. She was also a Creative Writing Fellow and Instructor of Record in the MFA program in Fiction at Syracuse University.
Lauren has served as a Lifestyle Editor for BuzzFeed, Managing Editor of Creative at Everlane, and developed UX Content Design for Slack, NerdWallet, and Robinhood. She’s currently the Senior UX Writer for worldwide Amazon Prime, where she leads global content design standards and drives AI coded conversational and generative experiences, using IDE and CLI to develop iterative, intuitive tools and journeys that demonstrate the value of Prime membership.
